How to stop a charging session

On our DC Fast Chargers, you can stop a session using one of these methods:

1. Hit the round blue button on the charger.

2. Click the rectangle blue STOP button on the payment reader.

3. Stop the charging session from your car's charging controls, if it supports that.

On our Level 2 chargers, you can stop a session with any method above as well as:

1. Simply unplug from the car.
